Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Minnesota
If a landlord is suppose to pay the water bill and doesn't, but yet he is threatening us to get out with out eviction notice because we didn't pay the water bill when he is suppose to we pay all the other bills, can we sue him?

DO you have a written lease with the obligations spelled out?
DO you have receipts for paying other bills?
Is the main rent being paid in full?
