Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Minnesota

I have been living with my ex husband for the past three years after heart surgery. He has started dating a married woman and is telling me I have to be out of the house by the end of the month. I was quick claimed off of the house years ago. We share 3 kids and I do not have family to move in with but he does 10 minutes down the road. Does he have legal ground to kick me out? Or does he need to serve me with eviction notice? He was advised by a friend not to "abandon" his house. Do I have any rights? Thanks

Since you are a legal occupant, you can be require to leave with a thirty (30) day notice. If you do not leave, you must be evicted like any other occupant.
