moved out
my mother in law moved in for 2 days and decieded to leave and start a new life she left a letter that is dated and says we can have all her property left behind so do i have to wait to get ride of it?

I wouldn't think you'd have to wait to get rid of it if you have a signed letter from her stating you can have said property, but if there's a way to get a hold of her, it probably wouldn't hurt to let her know you're about to get rid of it, just so she isn't taken by surprise later if she later decides she does want the property and thinks it's still there.
