Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Minnesota
I planted a garden where I previously rented, but no longer live there. I would like some of the produce from the plants I paid for, but the landlord says I'm trespassing. The tenants there say they will call the cops if they see me back there. Is there a good way to not forfeit my veggies?

I guessing there is more to the story than you have said in you question. I can't believe the landlord and current tenants would not a least share some of the produce if you would have asked nicely. With that being said, there is no good way for you to get your veggies. The plants are part of the property until they are harvested. Since you do not have an interest in the property, you do not have a right to the produce.
