Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Minnesota
I just received addemund on my lease. I spoke with my neighbor and she never received any kind of addemun. Are there rules that the landlord must notify other tennants if the lease had change or rules that have been added to the new lease.
Do they have a right to modify my lease and other tennants do not to follow the new lease because they were never notify about the new lease?

Need to see original re: permitted addenda or revisions. Normally cannot do during lease without provision, and if month to month, only on 30 days notice. You could say NO and move out.
