Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Minnesota
Recently our apartment complex is repaving the entire parking lot, inconveniently making our garages inaccessible for a few days. The whole reason I bought the garage was to avoid having to park it outside and run the risk of someone breaking into it. This is not the best neighborhood and there have been many reports of vandalism. What remedies, if any, do I have if my car is vandalized?
