Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Minnesota
I have been the responsible Renter payer in the house all checks issued on time and out of my account. But the Landlord gave my deposit chek to the other renter who was always at least one to two weeks late repaying me for her portion of the rent. So now how do I get my deposit back?
