Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Minnesota
My roommate and I want to get out of a lease. I found the original copy of our lease and read it over, and management never signed it. Can I walk out of my lease without going to court?

If YOU signed it, YOU are going to be held accountable to it.
You should act affirmatively to take steps to help your LL rent it out: Put an ad on Craigslist, put up signs etc.
You will otherwise be in breach and your LL can sue for full balance of lease.
