Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Minnesota
Roommate not paying rent
I was just wondering if there was anything I could do for my roommate not paying his portion of the rent. I have covered him several times and he has not paid me back everything that he owes me. Do you have any advice for me??

Re: Roommate not paying rent
Since you live in my old zip code,I'll be gentle:
DON'T BE A CHUMP!
Make him pay or make him MOVE!
Your lease probably is Joint + Several which means if he bails, you are stuck and will be evicted and sued by the LL.
