Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Minnesota

I wish to send a letter to my ex roommate in ref w/ her belongings...

I have notified my landlord by phone and in writing, that my former roommate has failed to move her property for the apartment. My former roommate has moved, lives in a seperate property now, but has failed to move all her belongings in a timely manner. I have recvd no return calls or letters from my landlord.

I would like to send a letter to her and landlord, advising her that if she fails to move her belongings I will donate all of it to charity.

My roommate has not paid any money towards rent since November, and has not lived here since June. Her 30 days was up 11/30.

It's not your problem, but the landlord's. Did she sign the lease? Why are you still there?

If you move and property remains, the LL can move and store (at your and ex-roommate's expense) then sell at a public auction.
