Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Minnesota

If my sister defaults on her mobile home mortgage, and the mobile home is on my property, which is not mentioned on the mortgage can my land be taken away? and do I have any recourse for being left homeless? I have not been paying rent because I do not work and the house is on my land.

Do you own the underlying real estate outright?

Or do you have a Mortgage also?

I would need to review the MH Mortgage to provide a complete view of legal situation, but if you are renting the MH and are not paying rent, you can be evicted from the MH.

You will retain the land, unless you are in default on the land Mortgage and they foreclose.
