Subleasing Commercial Property!
I am interested in subleasing a building that is already being leased by another business. They have out grown this building and still have 6 years on it. My question is do I have to tell them or the owner of the building what I want to do with the building. Will they have any right to terminate the lease if they do not like the business. (gentlemens club) So far they have not asked me what I wanted it for and right now the building is just being used for storage by the current leasee.

Usually there is a clause in the lease which covers subleasing, assignment and use.
If the use is legal and conforms with city codes etc., the landlord will normally not withold consent, assuming credit worthiness of the subtenant.
I would encourage you to have the lease reviewed before committing to anything binding.
