subleasing

i am subletting an apartment month to month but he's requiring a two month notice to leave. is there anyway to get around that?

Re: subleasing

No -- A lease provision re: Notice trumps the default 0ne month notice.

Also-it goes both ways, LL cannot raise rent without 2 month notice.
