Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Minnesota
I am suing a apartment rental company that falsely advertised their property. I believe they violated Minn.stat-325F.68. I am having trouble finding other cases to put as precedence for my court memorandum. Can you tell me of any cases that I can pull up?
