Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Minnesota

I got a self typed eviction notice from landlord on April 15 giving me thirty days to be out for not paying my rent in March. Do I have to be out if eviction was self typed?

I am not exactly sure to what you are referring and it would be irresponsible to state any sort of 'yes/no' reply here. I suggest you study relevant MN statutes as a starting point - see MN Stat, Chapter 504B. I suggest you do pay an attorney to provide you with formal legal counsel and advise, even court representation.
