virbal agreements

The house I live in was owned by my son and house was in his name only. His wife has not yet got the house changed over to her name yet but wants to increase my house payment that my son and I had virbal agreement on. With a virbal agreement what are my options?

So what happened? Death, divorce ?

Where is your son? Have him write up agreement. Are you now renting? Can she kick you out with notice? If so she can raise your rent also.
