Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Minnesota

Employer owes me a check

I worked for a company as a salaried

employee. Put in two week notice and

was told my week vacation Would be

paid to me in addition to my two

weeks. However, after working my first

week they closed the office. When I

asked about getting paid for my

vacation they said that was the second

week of my notice. Do they owe me a

check?

they are liable to honour their commitment as per the contract.
