You have a workers' compensation claim against your employer -- unless you were an independent contractor. Whether or not you are an independent contractor is a legal determination based on a number of factors that mostly relate to who controls your hours of work and your work duties.

You also have a negligence claim against the property owner and/or maintenance company where you fell.
