Legal Question in Personal Injury in Minnesota
Harassed by Photgrapher at Wedding
Our photographer approached us wanting a tip. We were not impressed with him and told him we wanted to see the prints and we would get back to him. Later he cornered the bride in a dimly lit area where there were no other people, making her feel very uncomfortable. Hinting towards a tip again he asked her how she felt. She said she was disappointed , all the while trying to make eye contact with someone to help her out of the situation. I came to the distressed bride and again told the photographer we would contact him through his agency and told him he should leave. The bride was near tears for the second time on her wedding day because of our photographers unprofessional behavior. The photographer lingered for about 15 minutes then left only to return a short time later wearing street clothes. He stood and watched the bride. I noticed him and got security. They brought him to me and I asked what he was doing. He said he wanted to talk to the bride for a critic again. I told him to leave and he finally did.
Three months have passed since our wedding and the bride still cant look at our pictures without being reminded of the distress our photographer put her through.
Do we have case?

Re: Harassed by Photgrapher at Wedding
You most likely you do not have a claim against the photographer. However, I would certainly complain to his supervisor if there is such a person and tell everyone you know how this person behaved in the hope of avoiding that problem in the future.
Our office is not representing you on this matter but if you wish to investigate further I would recommend that you contact an attorney handling such matters to see if they would be interested in handling the case.
Good luck.
