Legal Question in Personal Injury in Minnesota
owner of uninsured car t-bones insured motor vehicle, the driver of the insured car is hurt badly $100,000 plus medical bill. Can the victim collect personal injury damages from an owner of un-insured motor vehicle when lives with family member who owns motor vehicles that are insured.

Not sure if you're asking if the driver of the uninsured vehicle can be sued personally or if coverage is available under a resident relative provision of the insurance contract.
