Legal Question in Personal Injury in Minnesota
Here's my situation. Over December I had sex with a woman for a solid week and half, basically every other day and she had been the first girl I've slept with since middle of summer, maybe even earlier. After a week or so burning while I went to the bathroom started happening. Got checked and I was positive for chlamydia. Well I took care of that, took the medicine, got all cleaned up. I became worried so I haven't slept with another girl until now, fortunately but unfortunately my "dream" girl. It happened last weekend, and it was unprotected ( I KNOW I KNOW not good...). Day or two later after I was laying in bed, doing a dirty deed in my alone time, I noticed a small bump. Went in to the doctor, and he said that yes it was a genital wart, small but yes and he treated me for it.
Here's my situation now.... I don't just grow a wart this size after one day of sex, so it was not my dream girl. But this girl from December, giving me chlamydia and me having NO past instances or anything negative, not even a slightest tiny bump in the genital area, I have this now. What complications can arise? Can i get in trouble from my dream girl if she has it from me? What can happen or be done in this whole situation?
PS: I'm more just worried about my dream girl than this past girl..

You must only inform a sexual partner of known STD's so that they are aware of the risk. If you did not know you had an active STD, there is likely no civil liability. However, you would be wise to tell your "dreeam girl" about the genital warts so that she make take appropriate remedial remedies.
