Legal Question in Personal Injury in Minnesota

Do I need any type of legal form to loan one of my ponies to someone who wants to keep it over the winter to have her son get use to ponies and ride it ?

You should make a writing to that effect with terms clearly spelled out especially that you will have no liability in case of any mishap.
