Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Minnesota

Commercial Leases

Is a commercial lease required to be notarized or acknowledged? It is my understanding that for the lease to be recorded it needs a notary signature but what about if it will not be recorded?

Thank you

All any lease should need is the signatures of the parties. Maybe you can't record it that way, but it's a legal contract.
