debtor on 2nd mortgage mistates on chapter 13

I financed a second mortgage on a property i sold. The

debtor is 8 months behind on payements. He filed chapter 13

bankruptcy and stated in the plan that he was current on all

payments on the property. It was discovered at the ''Meeting

of the Creditors'' that their was fasle statements made.

What can I do to get payments? Can I contact this person?

It is important for you to review the chapter 13 plan and see how your claim is being treated. Once the plan is confirmed you may well be "stuck" with the treatment of your claim.
