Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Minnesota

easements

I granted an easement to neighbors to reach their cabin. It mentions their name and their heirs. Now they want to sell lots. Does this existing easement include the new lot owners?

Do I have to give the new owners an easement?

Thanks

Re: easements

An experienced real estate attorney will need to read the entire easement document to determine whether you granted an easement that runs with the land.
