Eviction
Can A bank evict you during foreclouser if you were not aware of the court date and missed the proceedings? If yes can you ask for more than 24hours after being notified of said proceeding? If so where do you go to do that?

Re: Eviction
I'm not real clear on what you are asking. A mortgage foreclosure is a process that takes about 9 months from start to finish. If the time has expired on the foreclosure, you no longer have the house. The only "court proceeding" that would usually come up is an eviction after the 9 months has run. You can go to the hearing for the eviction and ask the Judge for an additional time to vacate the home. often the Judge will give you up to 7 days.
