Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Minnesota
Several family members are in a partnership owning farm land together in Minnesota. Different percentages are owned by each. Three of us purcased on member's share when he had to sell. At the time of the transaction the land purchase was just put into
one of the three's name to simply the transaction, with the idea we would distribute it accordingly at a later date. Now the time has come and we are unsure what form or deed that we need to use to distrubute the land to the three.
The 3 of us have purchased different % of that one persons share.
