Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Minnesota

Father's property

My father is getting up there in age and I have heard there is a legal way for me to retain ownership of his property if something happens to him if he ends up in a nursing home. Until that time he is able to own the property. What is that legal document called and how much would it cost?

You should discuss the pros and cons of the options available with a competent estate planning attorney. You can email directly if you have further questions.
