Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Minnesota

My fence was bowed down by a previous neighbor's activities which caused a landslide of gravel into my yard. Now a new neighbor in that same house decided to dump a whole MN winter's worth of snow onto my property bowing my fence more. His attitude was "your fence was already messed up." Can I get this neighbor to replace my fence even if it was already bowed? We are talking a mountain of snow that he pushed with a bobcat, not a little bit.

You neighbor could be liable for any damages you sustained as a result of his actions. You could make a demand. Most likely, you'd have to bring a lawsuit against him and make your case that you're entitled to damages.
