Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Minnesota

We filed bankruptcy on a home mortgage we couldn't pay back, and the home went into foreclosure....since then we keep getting bills,phone calls, and mail from collection agencies....even though the mortgage company was included in the chapter 7....is there any thing we can do about this?

You may have either a bankruptcy discharge injunction violation or a Fair Debt Collection Practices Act violation, and as such may be able to take the creditor to court.
