Foreclosure

If my home is in foreclosure, but I pay the amount that is delinquent, can my home still be foreclosed on?

You have to COMPLETELY catch up before the sheriff's sale. I would not just send a check and hope they cash it; I urge you to get the reinstatement amount from the foreclosing attorney and make 100% sure that the money gets to the attorney or the mortgage company, as directed in writing the by foreclosing attorney.
