Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Minnesota

My friend needed a tv and i payed for it with my credit card. He agreed to pay me back for it, He only paid me a portion, but wont pay the rest. he wants me to pay him back in full the portion he paid me. Who does the tv legaly belong to?

Your friend owns the TV if he bought it. The fact that you paid for it does not make the television yoru assert. If you had an agreement to be paid back, that is a contract issue that mustbe etermined by a court.
