Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Minnesota

My boyfriend and I live together. We are looking for the form we will need to be sure our house is left to me should something happen to him. What form would be the right form for this?? Thanks

The narrow answer to your question is that you want the deed to be in joint tenancy. But the broader answer is that you want a deed, a will, and an agreement setting out the terms of what happens if the two of you cannot agree in the future.
