Investment Property

The Association Has Change The BuyLaws. Stating Investment Property are not Allow . We are told to remove Are Renter. Or They Will Fine Us. Can They do This ?

We Try to Sale The Property Last Year .There Where no Offer . The Price of The Unite Was What We Pay For It. If They Can do This We Would Have to Let This Property Go Back To The Bank. Bad Deal ???

Yes. The Association Board is like a small govenment and can make its own laws so long as it follows the rules for making those laws. The rules for making those laws are spelled out in the Association bylaws.
