my husband recently pasted away and he had bought land that attaches to our homestead property that does't have my name on this parcell, who has legan right to this land?

This largely depends on what is provided in your husband's will. Please e-mail me a description of the relevant provision of the will and whether there is any name on the property other than your husband's if you'd like a further answer.

The land will likely have to be administered through a probate proceeding. You should speak to an attorney about how to proceed with such a proceeding.
