Laws on Renting out a room...

I'm am moving into a home I am buying, and I was curious if there is any licensing or anything I have to go through to rent out the spare bedrooms in my home. I will be living in the home also.

This is usually a matter of city ordinances. It varies from city to city and from neighborhood to neighborhood. Your city clerk would be a good resource. The easiest way is to call and ask.
