Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Minnesota

not making payments

I sold my ranch on a contract for deed, however the people purchaseing the ranch have written me 2 bad checks and have falling behind 1 month on the second down payment amount. Do I need to seek out a lawyer to have them removed and void the contract or can I do this on my own? And if I can how do I proceed to do so?
