my wife owns 70% of a trailor home and my aunt owns 30% co-owner how can my wife get the tralior out of her name and off of her credit

Title and debt are two very different matters. If your wife's name is on a loan for the trailer, the only way to remove that obligation from her credit is for the debt to be refinanced into the name of another person, presumably the other owner. I would also assume that with that refinance the trailer's title would be transferred to the other person.
