Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Minnesota

My neighbor has put up several bird feeders close to our property line. They draw many animals which also run all over our yard. Ducks feed there all day messing on our dock and it is proven that ducks foul the water near where they feed. My city has no bird house ordinances. What can I do?

Since you obviously want matters to change, I urge you to confer privately with an attorney regarding governing laws, your rights, your options.
