posible hospital lein
my father has had an expensive surgery recently that he can not pay for and we have no insurance no cover it if we pay as much as we can each month can they put a lein on our property and take the house and land. Also my father wants to give me twenty of his eighty acres to build a house can they put a lein and take that land if it is in my name

They cannot put a lien on the property unless they have a judgment on your father. You don't say whether they have a judgment or not so I can't answer that definitively. If your father gives you 20 of his 80 acres, and they sue within 5 years of that happening, they could argue that it is a fraudulent transfer and go after your property. Before your father gives you land, you should consult a local attorney about how to go about it properly so that you don't have to worry about your father's creditors trying to put liens on it.
