private car sale
I sold a car and let the buyer talk me into not taking care of the title transfer right away. He said he would do it later. What can I do if the title does not get transferred out of my name. Can I get the title removed from my name?

You should really get the title transferred immediately. There is no good reason not to make the change right away, so your buyer's request to wait could have a nefarious purpose that will end up harming you in the end.
