Property put into Torns

How can someone take your property and put it in a legally binding Torns, so we have no recoarse in getting our property back. This attorney ignored a city official when told there was a problem with the survey. That is when he put it in Torns. I am not sure of the special of this legal binding document.

Torrens is a type of property filing, it doesn't change ownership status, have you gone to the county recorder and looked up your deed to ensure that you are still the owner of record?

I'm not sure I understand your situation. You normally can't steal someone's property just by registering it (i.e making it Torrens property).
