I'm attempting to sell my home on my own & I'm wondering where I can get the legal papers to do this, Aprox how much it will cost and if I need to hire an attorney to help with the paper work?

Re: property sale

Many attorneys would be happy to help you. Generally you need a purchase agreement, a property disclosure statement (unless waived by the buyer). The disclosure should deal with lead paint, airport zoning, well, and septic. I suggest you call the MSBA and get a referral to a real estate attorney in your town.
