quit claim deed

2 individual not married own a property. Do i need 2 quit claim deed or one that both of us sign? we are in the state of Minnesota

You may use one quit claim deed to sell one parcel of real estate owned by more than one person. Minnesota's Uniform Conveyancing Blank quit claim form can be found at:
