Quit Claim Deed Minnesota

The QC deed is to remove step mother from deed of property inherited at father's death. No money will transfer between owners; does an amount need to be filled in 'For The Consideration of _____, (name), (''Grantor''), etc. or can this be stated as zero dollars.

If the property was given as a gift, for no money, then you're correct that the consideration is $0.00
