Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Minnesota

Real Estate

I recently purchased a home in Minnesota. The MLS listing included Hot Tub as part of the sale of the home. Upon closing the previous owners removed the hot tub stating that the item needed to be inclued in the purchase offer as would be the range, dishwasher or other appliances. I was wondering if the item was listed on the MLS listing, not stated as a negotiable item, and also not listed as ''not included in sale'', should this item have been left with the purchase of the home.

Re: Real Estate

This depends on what the purchase agreement says (not the MLS listing). Please e-mail me if you want to discuss it further.
