my daughter and I own a home together, she refinance the home,
but i didn't sign any refinace paper,
but I'm still on the title as part owner. She can not make the payments and i't going intoforcloser.
What happens to my share of the
property?

Your lender has a serious problem, because if you do not sign a mortgage and if it is not a purchase money mortgage the mortgage did not attach to your portion of the property. You may be able to negotiate a settlement or take other action against the lender.
