Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Minnesota

I recently purchased a 5 acre lot and there are issues with the neighboring lot, where their mobile homes and other buildings are partly or fully on my lot. There isn't anyone living there and everything has been vacated and neglected for a number of years because owners have passed away for 3-5 years. It appears their property was developed in 1997 and those Items have been there since including a well and septic mound. My survey shows all details. What are my options in a case like this?

One starting point would be the terms of your purchase agreement: Since you state items are on your lot, the inference is that certain items were located on your lot at the time of your recent purchase.
