Obviously you should try to negotiate with your siblings first; you might get hold of a certified mediator to meet with all three of you to try to work something out short of having to go to court.

There is no simple answer.

There is no requirement to contribute and, as a result, your remedy would be a partition action wherein you seek to have a court determine each person's interest in the property. If you have been paying the taxes and other costs, that would be considered to give you a greater interes.

Once interests are determined, you may buy the other party out of their interest or the court can order the property divided or sold and the proceeds divided.

There are claims you can bring for this, I think one is called "waste." However, in light of the fact that these are siblings of yours, suing them might not be in everyone's best interests. Therefore, I would consider trying to buy them out.
