Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Minnesota

Selling property with joint ownership

Do I have legal right to half of the profits of the sale of the house? We are not married, and he put the down payment on the home. I have paid on numerous things on the household, including utilities; half the house payment monthly; appliances; etc.
